So during our stop in Lake Oroville, we made some changes to the RV.  We replaced the air number mattress with a new foam mattress from Amazon.  The air controlled one seems to sag and the two air bladders seemed to not be very comfortable when you were off center.  I looked at Amazon and found a highly rated King memory foam/cooling gel mattress for only $350, so what the heck, let’s give it a try.  What a nice difference, just after a few days it was simple to say we are not going back, this was a great buy.

Now we are headed to Yosemite for 8 days, staying right outside the park on portal road at Indian Flat RV Park.  The RV park is between the river and mountain, so sites are a little tight, but it is only 6 miles from the entrance.  Here are some of the photo’s, but they do not come close to telling the story of the beauty of Yosemite.  You have to see it with your own eyes.

Our first day was cloudy, a little rain, we drove into the Valley to ;look around and get our bearings…

We drove up to Glacier Point, which is just across from the Valley at 8,000 feet, what a view….

Every turn brings in a different view to see, the perspective is always changing….
