Our next stop was my older brother’s place in Concord, California. He has had RV’s in the past and has a driveway leading to a cement pad that goes into his backyard where he used to park his RV. We took a trip up the Monterey coast to Pebble Beach and a little further south, what a picturesque drive, just wonderful scenery. When you hit Pebble Beach they charge you $10 to drive through it, it is refundable if you purchase food or merchandise while in PB. We spent a few days at Vandenberg Air Force Base, the Space Launch facility on the west coast. The base was huge and sat right outside the small town of a Lompoc, CA.
